Gavin has worked for us several times over the last 18 months. He was recommended to us by a friend with a glowing reference. Suffice to say, we have definitely not been disappointed. He always manages to schedule jobs we ask him to do incredibly quickly, irrespective of how busy he is. He always returns calls and emails (even from his family holidays) and follows through on all jobs (even on one occasion when he was severely hampered by a hand injury). We have never felt over-charged, and in fact sometimes Gav is so fair and considerate in his pricing of a job that we feel like we aren't paying him enough!  As well as all that, he is incredibly polite, personable and very trustworthy. In short, Gavin has probably been the most reliable, friendly, reasonable tradesman we have ever employed.  

The quality of his workmanship has been of a really high standard. He has worked on various jobs for us, from underfloor heating to installation of a bathroom suite to pipe leakage issues. With our underfloor heating in particular, Gavin had to deal with some very complicated, intricate problems that took some considerable time to overcome. Gavin was relentless in ensuring he solved the issues, and he didn't give up on the apparently impossible task, even though we were resigned to the assumption that it was unfixable. The system now works very reliably and efficiently thanks to Gavin's skill and perseverance.   

We would never consider employing another plumber locally. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
